Representing the Defendants in a patent infringement lawsuit involving U.S. Patent No. 7,858,149 covering “Methods and Systems for Coating and Sealing Inside Piping Systems,” the firm has obtained a full dismissal of the lawsuit.  Rhema law partner John D. Tran served as lead defense trial counsel and Plaintiff was represented by the firm of Rutan & Tucker, LLP.  The case was before Judge David Carter of the Central District of California.
